• Advisory board presentations
HCRI uses healthcare research to gain insights into target populations and results of current standards of care including estimates of population size, distribution of disease severity, and likely event rates based on published research and/or database research. Information is aggregated across published studies to answer new questions (e.g. age of onset for a disease or condition, size of high-risk subpopulations, trends in event rates). Database research focuses on population based public health sources such as NHANES and HCUP.
